Limited Warranty Agreement

1. Grant of warranty and term

This Limited Warranty applies to the pharmacy hardware and storage systems ("Product") manufactured by Farmarack ("Manufacturer"). The Manufacturer warrants and represents that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended conditions of use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery ("Warranty Period"). This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser ("Customer") who acquired the Product directly from the Manufacturer or its authorized distributors, and is strictly non-transferable.

2. Exclusions and limitations

Any malfunctions, damages, or performance degradation arising from the following circumstances are expressly excluded from the scope of this Limited Warranty:

a) Improper, negligent, or abusive use of the Product contrary to the technical specifications, user manuals, or general industry standards provided by the Manufacturer.
b) Exceeding the specified maximum load bearing capacities (maximum weight limit per shelf or drawer).
c) Any alterations, modifications, relocation, improper disassembly, or unauthorized repair attempts made to the Product without the prior written consent of the Manufacturer or its authorized service agents.
d) Physical damages, scratches, dents, or breakages occurring during transit, storage, or handling whilst in the possession of the Customer.
e) Corrosion, discoloration, or structural damage resulting from the application of abrasive, acidic, solvent-based, or otherwise inappropriate chemical cleaning agents incompatible with the Product's surface finish.
f) Damages caused by Acts of God (force majeure) including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, fires, lightning strikes, or unforeseeable environmental conditions.
g) Cosmetic deterioration deemed as normal wear and tear over time.

3. Limitation of liability

Under this Limited Warranty, the Manufacturer's sole and exclusive obligation, and the Customer's sole remedy, shall be limited to the repair or replacement (at the Manufacturer’s sole discretion) of the defective Product or its component. In no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business operations, loss of reputation, or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Product.

4. Claim procedure

Warranty claims must be submitted to the Manufacturer in writing within fifteen (15) days of the discovery of the alleged defect. The notification must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice, a detailed description of the defect, and relevant visual evidence. No allegedly defective parts may be returned to the Manufacturer without prior written authorization.
